Our Commitment
Novelle Academy is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities.
Measures Taken
- Keyboard navigation support throughout the platform, including a skip-to-content link on every page.
- Semantic HTML elements (
nav, main, header, footer) for proper screen reader interpretation. - Color contrast ratios meeting or exceeding WCAG AA requirements (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text).
- Focusable interactive elements with visible focus indicators.
- ARIA labels and roles where native HTML semantics are insufficient.
- Alternative text for all meaningful images; decorative images appropriately marked.
- Support for system-level dark mode and user-preferred color schemes.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full compliance, some areas of the platform may have accessibility limitations. We are actively working to identify and resolve these issues. If you encounter a barrier, please contact us using our support page.
